Our Skill Sessions will be efficient and effective. Players will know what to do to warm up even before their sessions start. They will be expected to be on time , to be a good teammate, and to have fun learning how to work.

10 Minutes of structured 1 on 1 / 2 on 2
/ 3 on 3 / 5 on 5
10 Minutes of directed shooting & footwork Drills
10 Minutes of “Offensive” movement ( 5- motion, 4 motion, Dribble At, Circle Drives, Post Feeds, Pick n rolls) ( Zone Offense)
10-25 Minutes of Controlled Scrimmage
5 Minutes of Situation…. ( Down 3 , 2 minutes to go)
